In 2024, Will Gladden joined Excellerate Foundation as a board member and serves on its housing and finance committees where he collaborates with like-minded individuals to ensure accessible housing solutions across the region. His dedication extends beyond the financial sector, as evidenced by his commitment to the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Arkansas where he serves as board chair.
Will currently serves as President of Signature Bank's Fayetteville market and has a deep-rooted commitment to his community. His passion for affordable housing began during his tenure at Signature Bank, where he witnessed the growing need firsthand. This led him and a partner to develop an 80-unit affordable housing project in Springdale, utilizing low-income housing tax credits. This successful initiative further fueled his desire to make a lasting impact.
A resident of Fayetteville alongside his wife Alexandria and their daughter Kingsley, Gladden prioritizes family time and enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake when their schedules allow.
