Mark Snodgrass is the lead pastor of Bentonville Community Church of the Nazarene located in the heart of downtown Bentonville. He has been leading BCC’s congregation since 2011 by providing strategic direction as it seeks to be a blessing through service to the community. Mark is also a board member at Excellerate Foundation and focuses his efforts in our Hark and Social Support committees.
Previous to his lead pastor role at BCC, Mark completed his undergrad at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN and has a Masters of Divinity from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO.
Mark’s vocation in ministry is inspired by his beliefs as stated by John Wesley, “the world is my parish.” Using this driving vision, he has been able to lead local churches in various initiatives to improve the lives of those in our community. Partnering with local schools, distributing food through BCC’s Community Ministry Center, and the continued commitments to serve those in need are just a few of the ways that BCC puts their faith into actions. Mark believes that his work with Excellerate is a natural extension of his ministry.
